Applications in Food Processing Plants
Comprehensive hygiene management for the entire food processing plant.
Also applicable to hotels and restaurants.
By introducing nanobubbles of nitrogen or CO2 into water using an Nano bubble, dissolved oxygen in the water can be expelled, suffocating all bacteria. This contributes to food safety as it eliminates the reliance on chemicals like chlorine.
Implementing a system like the one shown in the diagram on the right makes it possible to improve the sanitary condition of all water within facilities such as factories, restaurants, and hotels. Since the water becomes oxygen-free, it also has the effect of suppressing the proliferation of various bacteria and reducing odors within the facility.
Furthermore, complete sterilization can be achieved by using ozone. This sterilization helps reduce the risk of food poisoning and enables the extension of best-before and use-by dates.
Nanobubble Cleaning Power: ISO-Recognized
In April 2021, ISO published an official technical report.
Document Number: ISO/TR24217-2:2021
This document scientifically verified and evaluated the potential contribution of nanobubbles to the SDGs in two fields: "cleaning" and "hydroponics," with plans for expansion into other fields in the future.
Confirmed effects include a 40% reduction in cleaning time, a one-third reduction in detergent usage, and a 99% saving in water consumption.
