What is
“Nanobubble“?
The smallest bubbles that commonly exist in water in our environment are 100μm (micrometers), about the size of a cross section of a hair.
Nanobubble generators can stably produce large amounts of bubbles less than half that size, 50μm or less.
Bubbles smaller than 50μm shrink on their own due to their own surface tension, and collapse on their own in about a minute, becoming bubbles of 50 to 300 nm (nanomillimeters).

Since bubbles have negative electric potential, they can adsorb rare earths and other metals with positive electric potential, and the possibility of efficient extraction with nano-sized bubbles has been known to science.
If this property can be applied, rare metals such as gold and tungsten can be extracted far more efficiently than before.
By using ozone gas in the bubbles, it greatly enhance the negative potential, resulting in extremely high efficiency.

Paddy fields are a huge source of greenhouse gases.

In one aquatic environment, a highly enclosed, oxygen-depleted water mass with a low concentration of dissolved oxygen had spread extensively.
Pollution on the seabed was causing red and blue tides, as well as foul odors from decay.
To address this, a three-month observation experiment was conducted using a nanobubble generator that utilized air.
The number of benthic organisms was measured and compared at the location where the nanobubble device was operated and at two other sites.
As a result, the number of benthic organisms increased significantly at the location where the device was operated, and a large number of fish were also observed.
Additionally, environmental improvements were seen, such as the disappearance of sludge that had accumulated to a depth of over 50 cm, revealing a sandy bottom, and the presence of seaweed.

Aquaculture is one of the fields that can benefit the most from Nano-Inset technology.
Because the water is constantly kept clean, its introduction converts the system to RAS (Recirculating Aquaculture System). Since eels prefer warm water, it is constantly heated with an oil heater, but the RAS conversion leads to a significant improvement in energy efficiency.
In past cases, the following improvements were confirmed:

Against this backdrop, energy conversion through offshore wind power generation is attracting strong attention.

By using part of the electricity generated by offshore wind turbines to pump ultra-dense nanobubble oxygenated water created by the oxygen generator into the ocean, we will be able to increase the biomass of the ocean and solve the problem of interference with fishing rights.

Cement emits a large amount of CO2 due to the calcination of limestone.

Scalability and Selectivity

Fact
- The greenhouse effect of methane is 25 times greater than that of CO2. Japan's methane emissions are 28.48 million tons of CO2 equivalent. Agricultural sources account for 77% (21.9 million tons), and cattle burps account for 27% at 7.56 million tons.
- Japan's approximately 110,000 buses emit 4.1 million tons of GHGs per year, and the 210,000 cabs emit 2.48 million tons, which means that cattle burps are larger than the amount emitted by buses and cabs (6.58 million tons)
- Since 10-15% of the feeding energy is released as methane gas, this amount can theoretically be applied to growth for more efficient fattening.

We have a technology that uses CO2 nanobubble water to quickly and efficiently put fish into a live coma and awaken them after prolonged transportation.
Using this method, fish can be transported in large quantities while still alive, and can be delivered much cheaper than with conventional methods.
Although other companies have equipment that uses similar principles, Nano-Inset allows for much more efficient operation because of its much smaller size and the much higher dissolved carbon dioxide gas rate used.
